Enjoy the lowest shipping rates on all merchandise and free when we can! We have several warehouses worldwide, and not all items are stored in the same place. When you order multiple items, they may be shipped out separately and arrive in separate packages. This allows us to save on warehousing and transportation costs, which we pass on to you, our customer. Shipping times vary, but most orders arrive within 10-15 days. If after 15 days, you are still biting your nails impatiently waiting for that package, don't fret.
Orders are processed 7 days a week and most orders will ship within 5-7 business days after your payment is authorized and verified this doesn’t include weekends or holidays.
We are also an environmentally friendly enterprise trying to use as little packaging as possible while still ensuring good protection for your orders, so your package may not be pretty, but what is inside will be amazing!
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Hair Brat Boutique's Policy last 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is defective upon opening than a return of that item and an exchange will take place if its a manufacturers error and not caused by the purchaser.
All returns outside of defective items will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed for defective items
* Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned.
* RA# request for any defective items must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging.
* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.
* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).
* Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.
